		Lisa and Moriah are sisters-in-law and work together as a team which allows them to have the best of both worlds as dedicated real estate agents and devoted mothers. We are "real people" with local lives. Our clients get the bonus of two licensed agents working to handle all of their Real Estate and Property Management Needs. Together we have more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience. Lisa comes from a sales background where she spent many years managing major accounts at the corporate level. Moriah spent several years in customer service with a specialty in print marketing. We are both creative, enthusiastic, detail oriented, and professional (clients find us a bit entertaining.) We are members of a native coastal family and are currently raising the 5th generation of or family to live on the coastside. Lisa and her husband Matt, who also works in the community, live in Half Moon Bay and have a pre-school age son. Moriah and her husband Geoff, a 4th generaation commercial fisherman, live in el Granada and are the parents of a special needs son. Lisa and Moriah also share a love of scrapbooking and enjoy all aspects fof being creative, including having our work published in national magazines. We believe in the integrity of our local roots, and a "real people" approach to make every transaction a postivie experience you can trust. Together we bring our deep love and knowledge of the coastside to life for our clients.
